Job Description – MEP Supervisor

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Education:
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Electrical and HVAC systems

Salary:
₹27,500/- Take Home per month

Shift Duration:
8 hours per shift

License Requirement:
Must possess a valid B Class Electrical License

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP activities at site
Oversee electrical and HVAC system operations and maintenance
Ensure work execution as per safety standards and schedules
Monitor technicians’ performance and work quality
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with statutory norms

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems
Valuable supervisory and coordination skills
Ability to handle site operations efficiently
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
