We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Photographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content for our clients' social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a robust eye for storytelling, is comfortable working across both video and photography, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot photos and videos on-location (hotels, restaurants, events, products, portraits, etc.) as per shoot briefs
Edit and produce high-quality reels, short-form videos, and social media content using editing software
Retouch and edit photographs for social media, websites, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with the social media and content team to align visuals with captions, campaigns, and brand tone
Add music, transitions, text overlays, and effects to enhance video engagement
Maintain a consistent visual style/aesthetic across client accounts
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and content archives
Stay updated on trending reel formats, transitions, and editing styles across platforms
Coordinate with clients/in office teams for shoot schedules and requirements
Deliver content within timelines to support the content calendar

Requirements




Proven experience or strong portfolio in photography and video editing (agency, freelance, or personal projects accepted)
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Lightroom, or Photoshop
Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/gimbal equipment
Strong sense of composition, color grading, and visual storytelling
Ability to edit quickly without compromising quality, especially for reels/short-form content
Willingness to travel to client locations (hotels, restaurants, event venues, etc.) for shoots
Basic understanding of social media trends and what performs well on Instagram/Reels

Positive to Have
Experience shooting and editing content specifically for hospitality, F&B;, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of drone photography/videography
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for supporting static posts
