Perform initial clinical assessment and record vital signs and relevant history.
Identify emergency and critical conditions and initiate appropriate management.
Provide first aid and emergency medical care within the scope of practice.
Inform the concerned consultant regarding significant clinical findings.
Follow consultant instructions and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans.
Monitor admitted patients and report any change in clinical condition promptly.
Conduct regular ward rounds as assigned.
Review investigation reports and communicate clinically significant findings to the consultant.
Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records.
Prepare admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries and other required documentation.
Ensure proper medication orders and follow-up of investigations.
Coordinate with nursing staff regarding patient care and treatment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
