Assist in the preparation and production of Pan Asian dishes, including sushi, dim sum, bao, noodles, rice dishes, and appetizers.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, and garnishes according to recipe specifications.
Support the sushi and dim sum section in rolling sushi, preparing fillings, folding dumplings, and steaming products.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, presentation, and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and storage areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
Assist in stock rotation, inventory control, and minimizing food wastage.
Support senior chefs during service and ensure timely preparation of orders.
Adhere to standard recipes and kitchen operating procedures.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
