We are looking for an IT Recruiter with robust approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs.
Key Requirements:
Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs
Strong convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training advantages clearly
Good communication and follow-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion
