We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and hiring processes
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain employee records and HR documents




Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
Assist in daily HR operations and administration
Handle basic communication and coordination tasks

Requirements
Fluent in English with positive verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
