Key Responsibilities
Procure electrical items including switchgear, wires, cables, connectors, terminals, MCBs, contactors, SMPS and other electrical components.
Procure mechanical items including sheet metal, hardware, fasteners, enclosures and fabricated parts.
Coordinate with vendors for MS panel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, machining and other outsourced jobs.
Source and develop new vendors and alternate suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores and Quality teams for material requirements.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
Resolve vendor quality, shortage and delivery issues.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and alternate sources.




Maintain purchase records and ERP updates.

Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
Positive understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
Robust vendor negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable Excel and ERP knowledge; Odoo experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
