Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming potatoes for size, variety, color, maturity, defects, bruises, cuts, greening, sprouting, and rot.
Conduct quality checks on raw potatoes and finished products.
Monitor parameters such as dry matter, moisture, defects, and color.
Check potatoes and processed products against established quality specifications
Conduct tests for products such as French fries, potato chips, flakes, starch, or frozen potato products, depending on the plant.
Investigate quality complaints and process deviations.
Verify packaging, labeling, weight, appearance, and shelf-life requirements.
Knowledge of food quality control and food safety.
Understanding of potato/raw-material quality parameters.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
