Job Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders received through the admin panel.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
Track shipments and monitor delivery status across courier platforms.
Follow up on delayed, RTO, replacement, and return orders.
Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment updates and escalations.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock availability.
Support stock planning, replenishment, and inventory coordination.
Ensure accurate order processing and smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
Experience in e-commerce operations or logistics coordination.
Knowledge of courier platforms like Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, etc.
Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.




Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidates
Candidates from D2C brands, marketplaces, or ecommerce companies.
Experience handling order fulfillment and courier coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
