JOB TITLE: PROCESS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

An Inside Tele Officer is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and satisfaction
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during calls
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications




Excellent communication skills (verbal and listening)
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Valuable time management and organizational skills
Fluency in English and local language (e.g., Malayalam, Hindi)

Education & Experience
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduation
Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, tele calling, or customer service (freshers can apply)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
