We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Central Operations Monitoring & Compliance Executive to join our Head Office Monitoring Desk.

The role involves monitoring security operations across multiple sites, tracking attendance and compliance, following up with Field Officers/Supervisors, identifying exceptions, escalating issues and ensuring closure with proper evidence.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily attendance, deployment and post-wise manpower across sites.
Track reports, incidents, complaints, compliance and pending actions.
Identify issues such as unmanned posts, attendance gaps, pending police verification and documentation lapses.
Follow up with Field Officers, Supervisors and Site In-charges for timely closure.
Escalate critical issues to senior management without delay.
Maintain accurate MIS and operational records using Excel/ERP.
Verify that reported issues are actually resolved before closing them.




Prepare daily/weekly management reports and exception summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of security and employee-related information.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; preferred.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp Business.
Solid written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Good follow-up, documentation and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with multiple sites and repetitive daily monitoring.
Ability to confidently escalate issues, including to senior personnel.
Experience in MIS, operations, compliance, manpower or security services will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
