About the Role

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-friendly Front Office Executive to become the face of our clinics.

This role plays a critical part in patient experience, appointment management, follow-ups, and revenue support.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients professionally
Manage appointments and scheduling
Handle billing and payment coordination
Conduct follow-up and reminder calls
Manage WhatsApp communication with patients
Support patient retention and package renewals




Collect patient feedback and Google reviews
Maintain front desk records and reports

Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant personality and qualified appearance
Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
