Conduct salary surveys and recommend salary structure changes.
Handle employee benefits.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Investigate employee complaints.
HR Operations & Payroll
Manage payroll, employee records, and HR administration.
Maintain confidential employee data.
Manage HR/payroll/ATS systems.
Communication & Culture
Act as the primary HR contact for employees.




Communicate HR policies clearly.
Coordinate with different departments.
Organize employee engagement, cultural, and appreciation activities.
Employee Retention
Conduct exit interviews and identify reasons for attrition.
Introduce training, mentoring, and career-growth opportunities.
Work toward reducing employee turnover.

Candidate Requirements
3+ years of HR management experience
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships with employees
Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
