Key Responsibilities
Handle leads provided by Blitz Academy through various marketing channels.
Contact prospective students promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Provide appropriate information about Blitz Academy's courses, fees, duration, advantages, and career opportunities.
Effectively counsel prospective students and address their questions and objections.
Maintain systematic and timely follow-ups with all assigned leads.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
Ensure that no assigned lead is left unattended or without proper follow-up.
Re-engage inactive or previously contacted leads to generate conversions.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in walk-in counselling, student events, career fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.




Submit daily reports covering calls, follow-ups, appointments, conversions, and pending leads.
Maintain a skilled relationship with students from the first enquiry until admission completion.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:
Graduates in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates from sales, telecalling, education counselling, inside sales, or business development are preferred.
Fluent in Malayalam.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Persuasive with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Highly motivated to achieve sales/admission targets.
Valuable at follow-ups and relationship building.
Positive, energetic, and disciplined.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
