Cement Head – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cement business targets.
Lead and manage the cement sales team across assigned markets.
Drive dealer, distributor and channel partner development.
Build robust relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
Develop recent markets and expand the company’s customer and dealer network.
Ensure achievement of revenue, volume and profitability targets.
Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and other teams for smooth operations.
Prepare sales forecasts,



MIS reports and performance reviews for management.
Handle negotiations with major dealers, distributors and key accounts.

Preferred:

Experience in cement, construction, infrastructure, building materials or manufacturing industry with solid knowledge of the cement market and dealer/distributor network.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
