Title: Operations Manager – Mining & Crushing Operations

To lead the Mining & Crushing Operations by ensuring secure, profitable, and efficient execution across all sites through operational excellence, team leadership, process improvement, stakeholder management, and continuous performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site incharges, managers, accountants.
Prepare annual operating plans and budgets.
Review production, cost, and profitability across all sites.
Develop and implement SOPs.
Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop second-line leaders.
Ensure statutory and environmental compliance.
Support expansion and current project mobilisation.
Monitor Machinery and plant’s performance.
Reduce downtime and breakdowns.
Co-ordinate with mining and dispatch teams.




Maintain all documentation & records.
Identify and fulfil staffing requirements.
Communicate with vendors, customers, stakeholders.
Liaise with government officials & other officers.
Ensure safety compliance.
Ensure quality control and quality standards.
Conflict management.
Visit sites regularly.

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
