Key Responsibilities
Technical Drafting: Generate detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, electrical plans, elevations, and ceiling layouts.
Joinery & Millwork Details: Create highly specific, millimeter-accurate drawings for custom cabinetry and built-in furniture.
Collaboration: Partner with interior designers, architects, and project managers to translate design intent into technical blueprints.
Site Coordination: Review in office dimensions, perform site measurements, and update drawings to reflect as-built conditions.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Material Specifications: Incorporate material, finish, and hardware specifications directly into the drawing sets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Mastery:



Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software is highly valued.
Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience drafting for residential or commercial interior design projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, joinery details, and material properties.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional spatial awareness, precision math skills, and a rigorous eye for detail.
Communication: Ability to interpret hand sketches and communicate technical requirements clearly to contractors. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
