Job Description – Bartender

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating great beverages, delivering excellent guest service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and provide information about the menu.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and beverage presentation standards.




Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of beverage usage and stock, where required.
Support the team during busy periods and special events.
Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality setting.
Valuable knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and basic mixology.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
