Accounts Executive – Textile Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for a textile manufacturing and trading business in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime
Record purchase, sales, receipts and payment entries
Handle GST, e-invoicing and related accounting work
Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Maintain debtors and creditors accounts
Prepare outstanding and receivable reports
Follow up on pending customer payments and maintain proper records
Maintain stock and inventory accounting and reconciliation
Check invoices and supporting documents
Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS and other statutory requirements




Prepare regular accounting reports for management
Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
Practical knowledge of GST and e-invoicing
Experience in reconciliation and outstanding management
Textile/manufacturing/trading experience preferred
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Honest, responsible and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
