We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller who can handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with salon services, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Call potential and existing clients to promote salon services and offers
Book, reschedule, and manage appointments
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and ongoing offers
Maintain customer database and call records
Follow up with leads and existing clients for repeat bookings
Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience on every call

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
Confident and polite phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, makeup) preferred
Ability to handle customers patiently
Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM entry)
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,487.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
