About the Role:
Aumbre Story is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager, South, to drive sales and retail operations in South for our soft furnishings category. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and team management, with a passion for home decor and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Manage retail and distributor relationships
Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team
Ensure in-store product visibility and brand standards
Conduct market analysis and report trends
Support promotional activities and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Marketing
4+ years of relevant sales experience (home décor/soft furnishings/Home Textiles preferred)
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Travel within the region

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
