Position: Process Analyst

Location: Coimbatore

Work Location: Work From Office - 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Shift: Rotational (Night)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Process Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day process activities, ensuring accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day process and operational activities as assigned.
Review, verify, and process data/documents with high accuracy.
Follow established process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or process-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation and records of completed work.
Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to resolve process-related queries.




Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
Good typing and data-handling skills.
Ability to work within defined deadlines and targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current processes and tools.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
