Position: Technician – Mobile & Laptop Service
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mobile phones and laptops.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
Replace and repair components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, and motherboards.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
Maintain service records and repair documentation.
Ensure quality standards and timely completion of repairs.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in mobile and laptop servicing.
Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently.
Familiarity with various mobile brands and laptop models.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹9,343.70 - ₹27,886.15 per month
Work Location: In person
