Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Pet Hospital

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities:
Handle appointments, billing, calls, and patient registrations.
Welcome and assist pet parents professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
Manage front desk activities and daily administration.
Promote hospital services, memberships, pet food, accessories, and wellness plans.
Support sales targets through customer engagement and service recommendations.
Maintain records and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic managerial and team coordination abilities.
Sales and customer service skills.
Computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
Experience in reception/front desk roles preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
