Handle driver queries, concerns, and grievances.
Build robust relationships with drivers and improve engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Support driver retention and performance.
Ensure timely communication of company policies and updates.
Track and report driver-related issues and resolutions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
