Job Summary

Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, promoting products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Contact customers from leads, enquiry databases, and CRM/DMS systems.
Explain two-wheeler models, features, offers, finance options, and schemes.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, test rides, and vehicle deliveries.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
Maintain accurate customer details and call records.
Update customer follow-up status in CRM/DMS.
Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
Reconnect with old, inactive, and lost customers to generate new opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales Executives for further customer follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly calling,



lead-generation, and appointment targets.
Prepare daily call reports and submit MIS to the reporting manager.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.
Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th qualification; Diploma/Degree preferred.
0–3 years of telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred.
Good Tamil and English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
