Key Responsibilities
Pick up customer orders from restaurants, stores, or dark stores.
Deliver orders safely and within the expected delivery time.
Use the delivery app to accept, track, and complete orders.
Maintain qualified behaviour with customers and store/restaurant staff.
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate with the support team when required.
Maintain good delivery performance and customer service standards.

Eligibility
Minimum age: 18 years
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valid smartphone with internet connection.
Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
Positive knowledge of the local area is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for bike delivery.
