Job Title: Primary School Teacher (PRT) – All Subjects

Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible Primary School Teacher (PRT) to teach students at the primary level. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across subjects, developing students’ academic and social skills, and creating a positive and supportive classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective, age-appropriate lessons for primary students.
Teach subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), General Knowledge, and other primary-level subjects as assigned.
Use activity-based, interactive, and child-centered teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and teaching materials.
Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, and regular observations.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of students’ academic progress.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, respectful,



and inclusive setting.
Encourage students to develop communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Participate in school functions, co-curricular activities, examinations, meetings, and training programs.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support overall student development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / equivalent teacher-training qualification preferred or required as per school norms.
CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of primary-level subjects and teaching methodologies.
Previous teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
