About the Role

JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for a Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between departments, ensure smooth workflow, maintain records, and follow up on assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities between HR, administration, projects, accounts, and other departments.
Follow up with concerned team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain process-related records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
Monitor the status of ongoing tasks and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate with project/site teams and the Head Office whenever required.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports, and daily/weekly status reports.




Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of required information.
Identify process delays or gaps and escalate issues to the concerned authority.
Support management in implementing and monitoring company processes.
Handle emails, correspondence, and routine office coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related information.
Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of MIS and reporting.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Robust attention to detail.
Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
