Legal Connect India is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will drive lead conversion, achieve revenue targets, monitor team performance, and ensure excellent customer service for clients seeking legal consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Assign and monitor daily leads from CRM.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the operations and legal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives.
Identify sales opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
Required Skills
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Sales closing and objection-handling skills.
CRM and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented and analytical mindset.
Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
1–6 years of experience in sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
Experience in LegalTech, BFSI, Insurance, Real Estate, EdTech, or BPO is preferred.
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
