Experience: 1–4 years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-outs, design-build firms, architecture services, or related industries.

A. Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets
Respond promptly to recent leads, qualify prospects, recommend suitable solutions, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into customers through the approved sales process.
Negotiate and close sales, ensure smooth project handover, and maintain accurate CRM records while complying with all sales policies and procedures.

B. Ensure Sales Process, CRM, and Policy Compliance
Manage the complete sales lifecycle through Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings, including scheduling meetings, updating customer interactions, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Adhere to CRM workflows, organizational policies, and use only approved communication channels for all customer interactions.

C. Build Strong Customer Relationships
Build and maintain robust customer relationships,



ensure smooth project handover, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals while contributing to individual and team sales targets.

D. Continuously Develop Qualified Competencies
Complete all assigned training, e-learning, and role-play programs while continuously enhancing sales, CRM, product, and interior design knowledge.
Develop professional skills and competencies to support career growth and future advancement within the organization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
