Job Description

IITG.Jobs is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Jabalpur. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Help with recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Requirements




Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
