Monitor customer interactions and ensure all activities are recorded accurately.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Support customer retention initiatives through regular communication and engagement.
Track customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
