We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Wedding Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, improve customer experience, and collaborate with Design and Operations teams to deliver seamless wedding journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor sales metrics and improve conversion rates.
Drive overall team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
Handle customer escalations and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Collaborate with Design, Planning, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of current team members.
Track sales performance, identify process improvements, and share business insights with leadership.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
