Role Summary:

The Head of Enterprise Resource Planning will lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing utilization of the Byte Elephants Cloud ERP platform across our factory and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact (SPOC) for all ERP-related activities.
Ensure smooth transition from existing system, including data migration, validation, and user adoption; this includes training users, troubleshooting,



providing enhancements, and support.
Work closely with Production, QC, Stores, Procurement, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure accurate process mapping and documentation of relevant data.
Monitor implementation progress, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to management.
Develop MIS reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Drive change by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and maximising ERP utilization.

Desired Profile
At least 5 years of ERP implementation and support experience in manufacturing, F&B;, or FMCG industries; hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, or Dynamic365.
Solid understanding of production, inventory, procurement, retail, and finance processes.
Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
