The Relationship Manager will work closely with SMEs to help them find the right financing solutions. The Relationship Manager will beresponsible for proposal management with clients.

Responsibilities
Interface with SMEs and asses their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions
Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to sanction
Ensure that all necessary information is complete, accurate and verified
Respond to inquiries from potential customers on Loanwoan’sand services
Work closely with funding specialists and credit analysts in the sanction process

Requirements
Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and determining viable solutions for customers




Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Should be familiar with statutory registrations, tax returns, credit scores/reports, and financial statements
Have an innate ability to build rapport and develop trust quickly with business owners
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced B2B setting full of ambiguity
Must be highly organized.
Must have valuable networking and relationship building skills.
Must be capable of identifying the need of changing market trends and channel development.

Preferred
Education Qualification –Inter CA/M. Com/MBA/PGDM – Finance Specialisation
Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati
