We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Research potential clients and identify current business opportunities.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Assist with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain sales activity records.
Learn the complete B2B IT sales and business development process.

Requirements:
Freshers/0–1 year experience are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, and internet research.
Strong willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with outreach activities.
