Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of aluminium, uPVC, and system windows as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct site surveys and verify measurements before installation.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project timelines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
Inspect materials received at site and ensure proper storage and handling.
Resolve in office technical issues related to installation and execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
Verify work completed for billing and contractor measurements.
Conduct final inspections, snag list preparation, and closure before project handover.
Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
Ensure proper documentation, including installation checklists, site reports, and material reconciliation.
Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and project close-out activities.

Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.




3–8 years of experience in the Windows Industry (Aluminium, uPVC, or System Windows).
Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of window installation methods and site execution.
Ability to read architectural, fabrication, and shop drawings.
Knowledge of site measurements, alignment, and installation tolerances.
Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and snag rectification.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Robust planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
