Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing all interior and construction projects from execution to final handover, ensuring quality, cost and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor all project execution.
Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and workers.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Vendors, Contractors and Clients.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ and specifications.
Monitor project timelines, costs, material usage and wastage.
Ensure quality and site safety standards.
Resolve site issues and project delays.
Conduct inspections, snag clearance and final handover.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Education Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
