Key Responsibilities:
Supervise denting and painting technicians.
Allocate jobs and monitor daily workshop activities.
Ensure quality repairs and adherence to OEM standards.
Maintain productivity, turnaround time, and safety standards.
Coordinate with service advisors and insurance teams.
Manage tools, materials, and inventory requirements.
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical or equivalent.
Experience: 5–8 years in automobile body shop operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Skills: Body shop management, team leadership, quality control, planning, communication, and problem-solving.
Work Location: In person
