We’re looking for a seriously skilled Chinese Chef who understands flavour, wok control, sauces, consistency, speed and presentation.

For us, salary is not the deciding factor — skill is.

We want someone who can deliver:
Chinese & Asian cooking
Excellent wok skills
Consistent taste every single time
Proper knowledge of sauces, stocks & prep
Clean, disciplined kitchen execution
Ability to handle a premium café/restaurant setup

We are not looking for the cheapest chef.
We are looking for the right chef.
