Key Responsibilities:
Monitor monthly franchisee and technician settlements.
Monitor TADA, technician incentives, and related payments.
Monitor spare parts stock and coordinate with the concerned teams.
Review and verify purchase orders.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.
Develop and coordinate processes for the Service Department.
Coordinate the installation and implementation of software systems.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, Stores, Purchase, and other relevant teams as required.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in Finance, Operations, Service Coordination, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of MIS reporting and basic financial processes.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to monitor multiple activities and follow up with different teams.




Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred:
Experience in a service-oriented or appliance/electronics industry.
Experience in handling technician settlements, incentives, inventory, and purchase processes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
