PactBridge Risk Partners is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Role: Telecaller – Lead Generation
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–2 Years
Type: Full time

Your Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls from the database provided by the company.
Identify decision-makers – Owners & Transport Heads.
Understand insurance requirements and identify potential prospects.
Generate qualified leads & appointments for the sales team.
Find renewal dates and upcoming insurance requirements.
Follow up with prospects and confirm appointments.
Maintain daily calling, lead & follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For





Excellent communication & convincing skills
Confident and comfortable with outbound calling
Target-oriented & positive attitude
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply

CALL → CONNECT → QUALIFY → GENERATE LEAD → BOOK APPOINTMENT
