We are hiring for a Jr. Coordinator – TMC to join our team at Appalto Electronics Private Limited. The role involves coordinating training, performance evaluation, employee induction, MIS, and other HR activities to support employee development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor training schedules, OJTs, mentoring, and evaluations.
Maintain performance scorecards and coordinate feedback sessions.
Coordinate induction and visits for new joiners.
Update MIS and maintain records/documentation.
Support other HR activities as required.

Job Requirements
B.Tech. (EC/EE/EX); freshers can apply.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Rapid learner with multitasking ability.
Positive Can-Do attitude and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
