DENTAL ASSISTANT & RECEPTIONIST

Clinic: Nila Dental Studio
Location: Kovilambakkam, Chennai
Position: Full time

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Prepare the dental chair, instruments and materials.
Cleaning, sterilization and autoclave maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area.
Welcome and coordinate patients at reception.
Attend phone calls and patient enquiries.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments.
Make patient reminder and follow-up calls/messages.
Register patients and update records in clinic software.
Assist with billing and payment collection.
Monitor basic dental materials and stock.
Coordinate laboratory cases when required.




Support the team with day-to-day clinic activities.

What We Are Looking For
Punctual, responsible and well-organized.
Polite and comfortable communicating with patients.
Willing to learn both dental assisting and reception work.
Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Adaptable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Experience: Previous dental/healthcare experience preferred. Freshers willing to learn can also apply.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
