Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Guwahati
Salary: Up to ₹35000per month(Negotiable based on current )

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager for our Guwahati location. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and overall financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP on a daily basis
Handle GST filings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Generate MIS reports for management review and decision-making
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance




Monitor petty cash and maintain proper supporting documentation
Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
