Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon and other marketplace accounts and ensure smooth daily operations.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and Suggested A+ Content.
Monitor VOC, Account Health, and other marketplace performance metrics.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, feedback, and support cases with timely resolution.
Maintain case logs and follow up until issues are resolved.
Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and track unfulfillable inventory.
Create claims for lost, damaged, or defective products and manage safety-related cases.
Reactivate inactive or suppressed listings by coordinating with marketplace support.
Plan promotions and advertising activities to improve sales performance.
Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel and marketplace tools.
Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth prospects and improve account performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
