Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate leads.
Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships.
Record customer information and call outcomes accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
