JOB DISCRIPTION

Role An Accountant/commercial manager

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,

Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Monthly payroll processing and salary records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments
Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits
Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund planning.
Ensure accurate billing of storage charges, handling charges, and customer invoices.




Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.

Skills:
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Experience in handling audits and managing finance teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
