Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide accurate information about courses, admission processes, eligibility, fees, and scholarships.
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admission and operations team for smooth enrollment.

Requirements




Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience in education counseling, telecalling, sales, or admission counseling will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and social media.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
